Every pedestal
we've built.
Since every piece comes from reclaimed barnwood, no two ever leave the shop alike. What's below is real work — a few finished pieces sitting in the shop ready to go now, and examples of past builds we can redraw to your mount.

Measure
Send the mount’s dimensions and a photograph of the wall or corner it will live in. If you can, tell us the room — the light in it, and what else is on the wall.
Draw
We sketch two options to scale and price them both. Nothing is cut until you say yes. You will see photographs of the actual boards before the first cut.
Build
Six to ten weeks in the shop. Left raw, ready for local delivery, taxidermist drop-off, or pickup.
Four measurements and one photograph.
- The mount’s height, width and depth at its widest
- How the mount attaches — plate, post, or hanger
- A photograph of the wall or corner, taken straight on
- The eye height you want the animal to sit at
If you do not have the mount back from your taxidermist yet, send their measurements. We have worked from those before.
